General conditions of sale

The purpose of these conditions is to establish the terms and conditions under which Dubai Parfums South sells its perfumes to its customers. 

Acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale (“GTC”) implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

All orders on the e-shop are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. These are subject to change and update; the conditions applicable to the order of a product by a customer are those in force on the day of the order.

Clause No. 1: Purpose and intellectual property

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Dubai Parfums South, SIRET number 90933276900027, and its customer, defined as the person purchasing products on the Dubai Parfums South e-shop , within the framework of the sale of the following goods: Perfumes.

Any service provided by Parfums Dubai South therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. 

Clause No. 2: Client

The customer of the e-shop www.dubaiparfumsouth.com is defined as a consumer, a natural person, of legal age and legally capable and responsible. For each order, the customer must complete an order form specifying certain mandatory fields, so that his order of articles can be taken into account by Dubai Parfums South

When ordering items from the e-shop, the information provided to Dubai Parfums South must be complete, accurate and up to date.

When opening a customer account, the information communicated to Dubai Parfums South must be complete, accurate and up to date.

Dubai Parfums South reserves the right not to process an order if it does not come from our stock meeting the criteria set out above.

Clause No. 3: Product

The essential characteristics of the articles are listed on the e-shop in the description of each perfume. If the customer has any questions, he can contact Collection by email at the following address: south.cmcm@gmail.com

Dubai Parfums South reserves the right to an indefinite response time. 

The perfumes are made in Dubai

The photos of the creations which appear on the e-shop are non-contractual.

Clause No. 4: Price

The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are stated in euros excluding taxes (VAT not applicable – articles 293 B of the CGI) and excluding processing and shipping costs. 

Dubai Parfums South reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, Dubai Parfums South undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered. The items remain the property of Dubai Parfums South until full payment of the price.

Clause No. 5: Order

To place an order on the Dubai Parfums South e-shop, the customer must follow the following steps:

  • - Browse the e-shop and add the item to your basket, specifying the quantity.
  • - Check the nature of the items added to the cart (to delete or modify the quantity of an item, the customer must click on "Delete"). The customer can then finalize his order or decide to continue shopping. 
  • - Complete the order form and indicate the personal data necessary for the order to conclude the purchase contract. 
  • - Choose your payment method : orders are paid for by credit card or PayPal. 
  • - Proceed to payment .

Before confirming any payment, it is up to the customer to check the details of the order. In particular the total price of the order, taking into account the price and quantity of the items chosen, the terms and delivery costs. It is also up to the customer to check the accuracy of the information they provide. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier depending on the country of destination.

Confirmation of the order is equivalent to signing and accepting the T&Cs of Dubai Parfums South.

After validation of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer, containing a summary of the order information (essential characteristics of the item(s), price, payment method, delivery times and costs).

Dubai Parfums South reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any time for legitimate and legal reasons.

Dubai Parfums South also reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, as well as any order not in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

Similarly, Dubai Parfums South reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply or stock problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.

In these cases, Dubai Parfums South will inform the customer by email.

Clause No. 6: Payment

The customer can choose to pay for their order by bank card or by  PayPal transfer using secure transactions provided by the service provider: PayPal or Stripe.

Furthermore, our online store complies with European PSD2 regulations.

In the event that the customer wishes to pay by bank card, he/she will not be able to change his/her mind. In accordance with Article L. 13262 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable.

Once the payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. By providing their banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes Dubai Parfums South to debit their card for the amount relating to the indicated rate. 

By using his card as a means of payment, the customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or if it is impossible to debit the card, the sale will be immediately resolved by operation of law and the order cancelled.

Clause No. 7: Delivery

Items are delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order form.

Shipping is done by La Poste, only by registered letter. The customer will therefore receive the contents of his order directly in his mailbox. If the contents of the order are too large, it may be delivered in several different packages. In this case, it is possible that the customer will not receive his entire order at the same time. 

Delivery to mainland France + DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon) costs €2.99. 

Worldwide delivery (including European countries) costs €5.99 and is made by international priority package with tracking. 

For Metropolitan France, it takes 3 to 5 working days to receive the order. 

For the French overseas departments and territories and countries around the world, there is no exact estimate of delivery times. However, MYOU Collection undertakes to inform the customer when their order is shipped. 

For any questions regarding the sending or tracking of their order, the customer can contact customer service (see Clause no. 10: Customer service). 

Delivery is free on orders over €80.00 from 30th May 2020, until further notice. Dubai Parfums South reserves the right to modify this offer at any time. 

For any order placed from Friday to Monday, they will be shipped on Tuesday.

For all orders placed from Tuesday to Thursday they will be shipped on Friday.

Delivery times may vary depending on the annual periods. For example, during busy periods, delivery times may be extended. 

In the event of an input error by the customer (in particular an incorrect or incomplete delivery address), Dubai Parfums South is in no way liable for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery. The customer must ensure that the information provided is correct, and that it remains so until the complete delivery of the item(s) ordered. All costs related to the possible reshipment of products due to an input error by the customer will be the exclusive responsibility of the customer. From the moment the order has been validated and paid, the address can no longer be modified.

Dubai Parfums South is in no way responsible for the non-receipt of items due to the actions of a third party outside of its control, or in the event of theft.


Clause No. 8: Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (jewelry, packaging, accessories and invoice), for hygiene reasons the earrings will not be taken back or exchanged. In this context, the customer is liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Dubai Parfums South, by sending an email expressing, clearly and unambiguously, this decision and mentioning the number of his order to: south.cmcm@gmail.com

Once the email has been received, processed, and validated by the response to it, Dubai Parfums South will proceed to reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request.

Refunds will be made through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Clause No. 9: Customer liability

The items offered are made by hand, with care and attention, and comply with current French legislation.

Dubai Parfums South is in no way responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the items, in the event of contact with products corrosive to enamel and metal (perfumes, lacquer, swimming pool water, sea water, etc.)

In order to keep the jewelry as long as possible and to maintain it with care, the customer can refer to our “Care advice” page. 

 Clause No. 10: Customer service

For any request for information, clarification or for any complaint, the customer must contact, as a priority, the customer service of Dubai Parfums South, in order to allow the latter to try to find a solution to the problem.

Clause No. 11: Applicable law in the event of disputes

In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact MYOU Collection customer service using the email address: south.cmcm@gmail.com

These conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In accordance with consumer law, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes to which the General Terms and Conditions may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, their consequences and their aftermath, will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction of common law.

Clause No. 12: Data protection

Dubai Parfums Souhth reserves the right to collect personal information and data concerning the customer. They are necessary for the management of orders, as well as for the improvement of the services and information that we send to the customer.

They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to the proper functioning of the validation of your order, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

This information and data is also retained for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.

Personal data is not transmitted to third parties under any circumstances.

Clause No. 13: Archiving of evidence

Dubai Parfums South will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.

The computerized records of MYOU Collection will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
